Do you ship Worldwide?

At this time, we only ship within the USA. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, but for now, we’re focused on serving customers across the United States. Thank you for your understanding!

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. You can be rest assured that our payment channels are 100% secure. We do not hold any payment information.

When will my order be processed?

Order verification, quality check & packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the shipping company process the order, which can take 1-2 days.

How long will shipping take?

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. International delivery usually takes about 5-14 days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, a USPS product. After leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 to 7 days to arrive at their destination, but can rarely take longer.

Can I track my order?

We also provide tracking for live updates through the 'Track My Order' tab above. Simply use your order number or tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, please request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will kindly be denied.
